There was a polar bear killed near Nain recently.
Jim Goudie is the Wildlife Manager for Nunatsiavut.
He says Tyler Pamak had his bear on April 16, 2016.
Goudie says the bear weighed 900 pounds.
He adds the deadline for polar bear hunting is on June 30th, 2016.
