My Hydro App Now Available

This week, Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro officially launched a new mobile and web portal platform called “myhydro” to better serve customers.

Customers in Hydro service areas (Labrador and coastal parts of the island) will now be able to access their electricity account 24/7, and on any device.

Registered users – both residential and business customers – will be able to easily and conveniently:
• View account balance, payment history, and set up payment options online
• Subscribe to text and email notifications for planned and unplanned power outages
• View and report power outages online
• Subscribe to payment reminders via text and email notifications
• Sign up for paperless e-billing and Pre-Authorized Payments
• Track and manage electricity usage in easy-to-read charts, set budget goals, compare power usage year-over-year, or against the average usage of area residents.
• Submit a service request-including change of address-your meter reading, or report a damaged pole.

All Hydro customers can register through the Hydro website, or by simply downloading the free myhydro app from the Apple App store or Google Play store.

Customers who register for myhydro by June 30, 2016 will be entered for a chance to win a $250 credit on their electricity account.
