On February 4th 2016, the Sheshatshiu RCMP Detachment, along with the assistance of Labrador District Police Dog Services, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a residence in the community of Sheshatshiu in Labrador.
A quantity of marijuana, cash money and drug trafficking paraphernalia were seized from the residence by police.
The execution of the warrant resulted in the arrests of 3 men, ages 24, 29 and 50, respectively, and 1 woman, age 22, all from the community of Sheshatshiu.
All 4 individuals were later released.
They are to appear in Provincial Court in Happy Valley-Goose Bay at a later date.
