Projects in Rigolet are still on the go.
Ashley Shiwak is the Tourism Manager for Rigolet.
She says that they are working on the boardwalk and they have built 1 kilometre so far.
They need to go another 2 and a half kilometres to be the longest in North America.
In other news, five students are enrolled in an outdoor training program.
They are finished part 1 and are now working on part 2.
When they finish part 2, they can apply for their guiding licence with the Newfoundland and Labrador government.
They also had some people from NASCO, the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization, from Greenland and Europe came in for a day.
