The English River Fish Count near Postville restarted its operations on June 29th, 2015, and will run for 17 weeks.
We spoke to Todd Broomfield, the Fisheries Specialist for the Nunatsiavut Government.
He says as of August 23, they have counted 632 small and 240 large salmon, for a total of 872.
He says the English River Fish Count will shut down in Postville in the first week of October.
