Jewelry-Making Workshop on the Go in Iqaluit (Audio Added)

A jewelry-making workshop is been held in Iqaluit this week.

We spoke to Sophie Trembley Morrisette, the Director for Tourism for the Nunatsiavut government.

She says there are two main things they been working on in the Jewelry making workshop.

The first of course is the jewelry making itself.

And the second is that Trembley Morrisette and Jillian Larkin are there to have various meetings to organize and to learn more about the Tourism Industry in Nunavut.

Trembley Morrisette says there are three participants from Labrador who also traveled with her.

They are John Terriak, Echo Henoche and Wilson Okkuatsiak.

These participants are there to learn more about silver jewelry-making.
