According to a news release by the Nunatsiavut Group of Companies, children in Nunatsiavut received an early Christmas treat on Saturday, December 20th, when Santa Claus himself paid them a visit.
For the past 25 years, Santa has been travelling the region just prior to Christmas.
The trip is sponsored by Air Labrador and the Goose Bay Rotary Club.
This year Santa greeted children in Hopedale, Postville, Makkovik and Rigolet.
In total, about 350 treat bags were handed out.
A number of Christmas wishes were heard as well.
Just three more sleeps and Santa will be back again to give more Christmas gifts to all the little boys and girls in Nunatsiavut.
